Foundkits (www.foundkits.com) is operated by Omnilex AG, Limmatstrasse 65, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland. Through the website you can request contract drafting, review and negotiation by an independent attorney licensed in California at a published flat fee.

2. No legal advice from us

Foundkits is operated by Omnilex AG, which is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services. Contracts are drafted, reviewed and negotiated by independent attorneys licensed in California, under a written engagement between you and the attorney.

Nothing on this website, including the guides, is legal advice.

3. Attorneys, scope and fees

Attorneys are independent and decide for themselves whether to take on a contract. Before any work starts, the attorney confirms the scope and fixed fee in writing. Legal services, fees and responsibilities are agreed directly between you and the attorney in a written engagement agreement.

The free first contract is available once per startup, for one contract with a value of up to $500 under the published fees. If the work goes beyond that, you are told the fee for the rest before it starts.

We do not guarantee that an attorney will be available or take on your request, or any outcome.

4. Your information and documents

Please give accurate details and only send documents you are allowed to share. We process your information as described in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, send automated or false requests, or try to interfere with its operation.

6. Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its general information or for the services provided by independent attorneys.
