1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

Through the request form we collect the service you choose, where your company is based, your name, email address, company name, the description of your contract and any documents you attach. We use this information to handle your request, confirm the scope and price, contact you and connect you with an independent attorney. We also collect technical and usage data as described below.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information about you or other people. Contracts you attach may contain names and contact details of other parties; only send what is needed for the work.

3. Who receives it

Your request and attachments are sent encrypted to our intake team through the email service Resend and shared with the independent attorney who may take on your contract.

Our service providers are Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and PostHog (usage analysis, hosted in the EU). We do not currently use advertising networks on this website.

4. Analytics

PostHog records page views, clicks, loading times and session recordings to help us improve the website. Form entries are masked in recordings.

5. Sale and sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to opt out of sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email privacy@omnilex.ai. We verify requests using your email address and may ask an authorized agent for proof of authorization.

7. Retention

We keep request data and documents as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up with an attorney, and to meet legal obligations, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept for up to one year.

8. International transfers

Omnilex AG is based in Switzerland, and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.
